Your mandatory step to getting a NY Driver’s License. The 5-Hour Pre-Licensing Class is a DMV-required safety course. Classes are held exclusively on Wednesdays at 5:00 PM and Saturdays at 12:00 PM (subject to DMV availability). Completion is required to receive your MV-278 certificate and schedule your road test in the Bronx.
