Refund Policy – Jerome Auto Driving School

At Jerome Auto Driving School, located at 1322 Jerome Ave, Bronx, NY 10452, we are committed to providing high-quality driver education. We understand that plans can change, and we have established this policy to ensure transparency and fairness for all our students.

1. Driving Lesson Cancellations

  • 24-Hour Notice: All cancellations or rescheduling of individual driving lessons must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late Cancellations: If notice is not provided within 24 hours, or if the student does not show up for a scheduled lesson, the lesson will be considered “completed” and no refund or makeup session will be issued.

2. Training Bundles & Packages

  • If you request a refund for a package (such as the 12 Best Pick Training Bundle), the refund will be calculated by charging the full individual rate for any lessons already taken.

  • A processing or administrative fee of up to 10% may be applied to refunds for full or partial packages.

3. 5-Hour Pre-licensing Course

  • Payments for the 5-Hour Class are refundable only if the cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Once the class has started or a certificate has been issued, no refunds will be granted.

4. Road Test Appointments & Car Rentals

  • Fees for scheduling Road Test Appointments are non-refundable once the appointment has been confirmed with the DMV.

  • Car rental services for road tests are subject to the same 24-hour cancellation policy as standard lessons.
